"This merger is a total disaster and never got finished."
Right now, I'm having a tough time getting my payment sorted out, even though nothing has changed on my end. When I spend ages trying to get in touch with customer service, everything goes smoothly and the payment processes just fine. They just use the card that's already saved. But here's the kicker: there's no one left to manage my account. I keep asking why I've been replying to their payment emails for months and sending them to all the contacts I know, but still, nothing gets fixed. Even today, the agents can process my card payment but tell me that the products are still linked to different accounts. I reach out to both departments, and they can handle my payment without any hassle. Yet, no one gives me a clear answer and I’m told not to stress about it. As for my sales rep, the number they gave me just leads to a voicemail with no name attached. This whole situation is just nuts. It feels like this company is running as four or more separate entities. They've got LogMeIn, GoToMeeting, GoToConnect, and Jive, which I think they're trying to phase out. Plus, the product names in the admin system don’t even match what you actually buy because of years of half-done merging and a messy integration process. Each product has its own separate admin site, making you jump through three or four different sites just to manage the same employee. It’s a total disaster.

"This merge was an absolute mess and never reached completion."
Currently, I am experiencing difficulties with my payment being processed, despite no changes being made. When I spend a significant amount of time trying to reach a customer service agent, there are no issues and the payment goes through. They simply run the card that is already on file. However, there is no longer anyone managing the account. I inquire about why I have been responding to their payment emails for months and forwarding them to all known contacts, yet nothing has been resolved. Even today, agents are able to process the card payment but inform me that the products still have separate accounts. I contact both departments, and both are able to process my payment without any problems. However, no explanation is provided and I am told not to worry. As for my sales representative, the number they provided leads to a voicemail with no name. This situation is chaotic. It feels like this company operates as four or more disconnected entities. They have LogMeIn, GoToMeeting, GoToConnect, and Jive, which I believe they are phasing out. Additionally, the product names in the administrative system do not match the names of the products you actually purchase due to years of incomplete merging and a messy integration of the companies. Each product has its own separate administrative site, forcing you to navigate through three or four different sites just to manage the same employee. It is a complete mess.

"No way I'd suggest this to anyone."
As a long-time supporter of Grasshopper, I’ve always backed them with GOTO, but I can’t recommend them at all. Their lack of support has cost me a bunch of customers.

"I would never, under any circumstances, recommend this."
I am a loyal Grasshopper customer who has always supported them with GOTO and I would never recommend them. I have lost many customers due to Grasshopper's poor support.

"This company is just the worst and totally spams you."
This company is really the worst when it comes to spam. They let people upload spam lists into any webinar invite, which is just absurd. It's crazy that they have a link named 'Stop GoTo Webinar emails' in every message, but it only lets you opt out of emails from that specific webinar. I'm so done with all these GoToWebinar emails, and I'm gonna post this review on a bunch of sites like Google Maps, Facebook, and others. Plus, I'm planning to file complaints with the authorities for their GPDR and CCPA violations. I highly suggest everyone else do the same.

"This company is absolutely terrible and engages in spamming activities."
This company is absolutely terrible when it comes to spamming. They actually allow spam lists to be uploaded into any webinar invitation. It's ridiculous that they have a link called "Stop GoTo Webinar emails" in every email, but it only allows you to opt out of receiving emails from that particular webinar. I am beyond fed up with receiving GoToWebinar emails and I plan to share this review on various review websites, Google Maps, Facebook, and more. Additionally, I will be filing complaints with the authorities for their violations of GPDR and CCPA. I strongly recommend that everyone else does the same.

"Goto was once awesome, but now it's just plain bad."
Goto was once awesome, but now they are just plain bad. The app hardly works at all. There's a new version available, but good luck getting it set up on your desktop unless you've got loads of free time. Plus, they make it super tough to get in touch with their billing team if you want to cancel your subscription. If you're considering giving Goto a shot for the first time, I'd say just stay away and skip it completely.

Goto used to be great, but now they are absolutely awful. The app itself is barely functional. There is an updated version of the app, but good luck trying to install it on your desktop unless you have an abundance of free time. Additionally, they make it extremely challenging to reach out to their billing department in order to cancel subscriptions. If you are thinking about trying Goto for the first time, my advice is to steer clear and avoid it altogether.

I want to add to my earlier review. I reached out to them on Facebook, and they agreed to give me a full refund. I'm really thankful for their quick reply through that channel.

Honestly, I can't give this service any stars. It's just terrible. Even after I canceled my subscription and double-checked to make sure it was really canceled, they still say it's active. I asked for a refund for the subscription that was charged by mistake, but they flat-out refused. I haven't even used their service, and yet I've been wrongly billed. I've spent over 40 minutes on the phone with them, and their service has been nothing short of awful. I highly recommend looking for another platform unless you want to deal with unfair charges.

I would like to add to my previous review. I have since reached out to them via Facebook and they have agreed to provide me with a full refund. I am extremely grateful for their prompt response through this channel.

I cannot give this service any stars at all. It is very poor. Despite canceling my subscription and double-checking to ensure it was indeed canceled, they claim that it is still active. I requested a refund for the subscription that was mistakenly charged to me, but they have refused to provide one. I have not even used their service and yet I have been incorrectly charged. I have been on the phone with them for over 40 minutes now, and their service has been absolutely shocking. I strongly advise using another platform unless you want to be burdened with unjustified charges.

"Customer service via email? Forget about it!"
You won't find any customer service through email; they insist you call them instead. It's pretty puzzling since they're an online business, but they act like it's the early '90s. Maybe they do this on purpose to keep folks from contacting them. I can assure you, this will be the final time I shell out cash for their services.

There is absolutely no customer service available via email; you are required to make a phone call. It's quite baffling considering they are an internet company, yet they seem to operate as if it were still 1992. Perhaps, they intentionally adopt this approach to dissuade customers from reaching out to them. This will definitely be the last time I ever spend any money on their services.

"Issues Lately with Call Clarity"
I've been dealing with some call quality problems lately, and honestly, it's been pretty annoying. The audio during calls has been consistently bad, with lots of interruptions and static. It's getting tougher to have clear and smooth conversations, which is a real hassle, especially for crucial business discussions. I've done some troubleshooting myself, checking my network and making sure my device is current. I've been a customer for years, but the quality of their video conferencing has really dropped in the last few months.

I made this comment last week and there was no acknowledgment, whatsoever. I dunno know whether it is a glitch with the software which is very Unlikely to a product from a company with this reputation. ***** Overall the experiance with gotomeeting was good. But yesterday - the application (windows 7 desktop)acted so weird and I`d recommend a company With your reputation could have handled the situation(user experiance) more effectively and efficiently. We have a license with a monthly auto- Renewal and we overlooked the fact that our CC -got expired last month. You may(may-not) have auto-e-mails alerting the customers about the Failure on auto-renewal. Problem: I logged in successfully and after clicking 'Meet Now' nothing happens., I could see the related preoceees running in my system but Nothing else. The UI simply wont open up. Expected behaviour - If you find that someone with the expired license is trying to connect to the server. You can avoid ' kind of weird & Awkward' experiance by giving a simple message. ' your contract has been expired, please extend it by clicking. Blah blah' Thanks
